Hello

I'm just wondering how people adapt their current diets when abroad on an all inclusive holiday..... I'm currently abroad and feeling like I may be over eating.

For breakfast I had 2 slices of bread (smaller than usual size at home) crustless with butter and jam. Yesterday I had a fried egg, sausage, couple of mouthful of beans and 1 and half hash browns.

Today for lunch I had meatballs (2) and a small amount of rice. Couldn't eat all of it. Where as yesterday I ate the majority of my pickings. I can't remember what I chose! And i Did leave food on plate!

For dinner last night I had chicken curry rice some sweetcorn. Again I couldn't manage all of it.

Then through the day I've had 2 ice creams!

I feel like I'm eating too much but I don't know weather it's just me over reacting now I'm able to eat 3 meals a day as opposed to 3 small meals and 2 snacks!!

Also drinking a lot of water. Although in the evening I've had a few malibu and coke (from pump so watered down)

Has anyone got any advice for me or am I just over reacting??
 
I like to think that if you had over eaten you would know ! Your saying that sometimes your leaving food so that tells me you know when you've had enough sounds like your also been mindful and I dont think your over reacting enjoy your break

You're on holiday .... Just relax & enjoy. If you're eating too much you'll sharp know it ?
