My 16 Week update, bypassed 10th August 2015

Hi all just a quick update on my progress ;-) this has been the best decision of my life to have had this surgery. My starting weight was 17 stone 13 and on the day of my op (10th August 2015) weight was 16 stone 11 and as of today I am 12 stone 7 and I'm over the moon x I'm hoping all of you on this journey are happy and getting to where you want to be xx

Excellent work! Wooo! Well done you - awesome achievement, and you will find more comes off over the next five to six months, albeit a bit more slowly. Genuinely excited for you xxx

I had my bypass the day after you, I can totally appreciate how proud you must be of yourself because I certainly am. Had my 16 week weigh in today and have lost 4st 1lb which is very similar to yourself, it feels great doesn't it.

Keep up the great work.
