So I decided to join the gym, being 3 months post op & halfway to my goal...

Yesterday I had my first induction..... great I thought

Told my closest friend (silly me haha) who has signed us both up for Zumba class tonight

I survived!! & really enjoyed it but boy do I feel stiff today, feels like I'm full of concrete... going again next week though
