Hey I got them, you just need to leave them a few mins and the fix goes out of them xxx

Can you not half your other ones? Or smash them into smaller chunks? They have the right mix for are new bodies... Check the vitamin levels in the new ones xx

After a week I could swallow them whole xx

Have you been advised to start taking then now? Some are told to wait a week or two. xx

You're doing great! It's natural to worry xx

Hi sam, I would wait if I were you, you definately dont want to be taking the tablet form. I would wait and ask, i know my Consultant has said not to even worry about nutrition for three weeks, if I only drank water it would be ok, which is true.
The main thing is not to cause a bleed on your staple line, so no stretching the sleeve or making you stomach work by digesting tablets. Even my antacid is dissolvable on the tongue.

I have the centrum chewable. Not started them yet as am using a Bassett one right now. Someone recommended both of these on an earlier thread. Got my centrum from holland and Barrett and the Bassett from tesco

Thanks sallybeth x hope all is going well after your sleeve

Irishlady, my sleeve is the best thing I have ever done!! (Sleeved on 03/01/14) And I am loving it!!! Lost 7 stone 2 pounds, and gone from a size 26/28 to an 18 ( although did buy a pair of skinny fit jeans yesterday in a size 16!!!!! Thinking they might just be soft and forgiving!!!! And I have NEVER worn skinny jeans before!!!!). Hope you are getting on well, I remember the first few weeks and missing something to chew- one night nearly chewed hubbys arm off!!!! Hope you are not suffering with to much pain or wind - I was really lucky and didn't have either!!! Although do still have trouble going to the loo (sorry TMI) but I know I don't drink enough!!! Must try harder!!! Good luck on your journey.
Love salliebeth xxx
