Adrian Moore, He's a qualified physiotherapist and will be giving advice on post op exercises and fitness, also happy to answer any questions you might have.

This months support group last one of the year so its a festive. Recipe ideas for over the festive time. Hopefully our head chef will be doing a cooking demo to help give you tips and guidance.

I had my gastric bypass at the Leeds Nuffield on 29th November, and would like to attend the next support group. Can you tell me when this will be, please? Also, what is your Facebook Page called?

Thanks Charlie, I found the FB page at the second attempt, I was just being a bit thick! Anyway, I hope to join you on 26th Jan, and look forward to meeting others at all stages of weight loss.

Hey Ashlie, I have the same question as you! I'll also be having my op (hopefully) at St James with Mr Pollard. I'd like to join a support group. I've heard there is one on the second Monday of each month at Weetwood Hall.

Could anyone let me know more about either support group - it would be much appreciated

Hi jo if you find one please let me know ! Keep in touch it's nice to find someone who has the same surgeon ! How do you find him ? I think he is great how far are you into the process xxx
