Rep Power: 19   Consultant: Mr Audun Sigurdsson Funding: Private Surgery Type: gastric band Surgery Date: 18th sept Height: 5' 4" Gender: Female Start Date: first time i knew of them lol Start Weight: 272lb Goal Weight: 140lb Goal Date: wheneva it happens BMI Information: | Mexican mince Hey guys another recipie for those who cant have proper meat only mince, ne who it mexican mince 400g extra lean beef mince 1 onion 200g mixed peppers 1 tin chopped tomatoes 1 tin baked beans 1-2 tsp of chilli powder a few splashes of wostercher sauce 1 tbls of rapeseed oil brown mince and onions, add peppers cook for 5 mins, then add chilli powder tomatoes, beans and wostersher sauce, cover n simmer for extra 20 mins. i have made this myself tonight and had with jkt pot, iv used 1 1/2 ladel's over jkt, if u count that as 1 serving then it only 200 cals, as iv had a jkt pot mine has come u to 370 altogether (200g potato) hope u all enjoy as much as i have xxxx |
