PRE OP DIET (Slimfast) - WLSurgery.com

Hi
For any one who is waiting to have surgery I thought this might be of interest.
I started the Slimfast option of pre op diet
I have:-
milkshake at 08:00
Black Tea at 08:30
milkshake at 12:00
Black Tea or cold drink at 12:30
milkshake at 16:00
Oxo at 18:00
milkshake at 19:00
Sugar Free Jelly at 20:00
Milkshake at 22:00
These times are approximate and I have only felt hungry a few times, I have a glass of flavoured water, Black Tea or a cold diet drink
When I started on 05/03/10 I was 31st 2lb, today I weigh 29st 7lb thats 22lb gone on pre op and still 11 days to go before the big day
I hope this gives others the confidence to say yes
