Ive got one of those but the one posted by tiaras is specifically for banders and sleevers so the portions for proteins etc would be different.

Just took a quick look at both links and not to shoot anybody down but as a bander myself - I wouldnt waste my money - especially at those prices.. lol

plain and simple...

use the money to buy a good set of digital scales and a SMALLER PLATE!!

I have a smaller plate to the rest of the family, know least half of my plate is to be protein and the restgets swamped with veg but as much as a faff as it might seem.. it only takes a minute to weight your food as you serve it up and if your dietician at your check-ups, advise on maximum WEIGHT per meal.. and you stick to it.. you'll lose the weight

just my 2penn'orth..
