I know that there are many psychological reasons for us abusing ourselves by overeating and we should never be negative about choices people we don't know make in their lives but I have to say that I don't like this lady.
I feel that she should have an operation and the £200 a week she spends...
Being mean and miserable just comes naturally to some people. Like others have said dismiss him and his comments from your mind and move forward.

Agreed......... I dumped on monday, the first time for a lot of months (i'm nearly a year post op).
I had a tiny bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes, about a palmful, and they were too sweet for me. My intestines and bowel have been sore since I ate them.
It will recover and I will be back to...
Not tried it yet. Is it really as sweet as sugar without the cals?
I don't mind things going straight through, it helps with the constipation (dirty word)

Dumpling syndrome is what we have before surgery. After surgery it is dumping..... lol.
If you search dumping on here you will get all the answers. It is a very unpleasant effect and best avoided so you will benefit by doing a search.

Ryan, you know its wrong to do the readybreak pennance!! Don't do it. Just eat in the fab way you were before you had your blip. It isn't the end of the world, its a lesson.
Here is another lesson... be kinder to yourself.
