Fabulous, well done you.
I've gone from a size 24 to a size 6/8 or a 12-13 in children's clothes! I got 2 amazing dresses in GAP yesterday, both aged 13! They were only £7.50 each!
And day one begins!
Just having a latte to start with. Got my sugar free crusha to take to work and my cup a soups!
I'm eyeing up a tin of oxtail soup for tea!
A few bad habits have crept up upon me so here goes!
Day one is tomorrow!
My work lunch bag has 2 cup a soups in it!!!
I'll keep you all informed with my daily menus!
You'll be best to stick to a soup.
Maybe have one or two prawn crackers as a treat. They will melt in your mouth but remember they will give you zero nutritional substance so don't go mad on them!
The foo yung egg thing is great and I always have a special foo yung if having Chinese now...
I go the whole hog with my trifle.
I bake a sugar free sponge (using sweetener), fruit cocktail (in juice), sugar free jelly, low fat custard AND low fat cream (elmlea) whipped for the top!!
Heavenly, but only for a special treat!!!!
Thank you so much everyone.
I'm a little overwhelmed at all the lovely comments, you are all so kind.

1. My relationship with my children (sons 13 and 7 and daughters 12 and 10) is a lot stronger. We have more fun together, getting out and about, even simple things like play fighting on the lounge floor, sitting on my son was not an option pre-bypass!!!! I share clothes with my 12 year old, we...
Yikes!
My GP has called me in next Friday to take photos of my tummy/apron for the funding panel!
I'm dreading it, my tummy is really grim and the thought of flopping it out again (GP has seen it once already) really scares me.
Then oh my goodness those photos will be passed around a...
Oh no, I couldn't upset him whilst he's working on my plastics refferal.
I'll be fine, think I just panicked last night.
Anyhow he said 2.9 wasn't really a huge concern and I trust him.
GP isn't concerned!
He wants to see me next Friday anyhow to photograph my 'apron' for the funding panel.
Well then I started shaking, more worried about that now than blood sugars!
I've made an appointment with my dietitian for 18th January. I'll see what she says about the blood...
