    Fabulous, well done you. I've gone from a size 24 to a size 6/8 or a 12-13 in children's clothes! I got 2 amazing dresses in GAP yesterday, both aged 13! They were only £7.50 each!

    You'll be best to stick to a soup. Maybe have one or two prawn crackers as a treat. They will melt in your mouth but remember they will give you zero nutritional substance so don't go mad on them! The foo yung egg thing is great and I always have a special foo yung if having Chinese now...

    Bariatric Friendly Trifle

    I go the whole hog with my trifle. I bake a sugar free sponge (using sweetener), fruit cocktail (in juice), sugar free jelly, low fat custard AND low fat cream (elmlea) whipped for the top!! Heavenly, but only for a special treat!!!!

    Starting clothes size - 24 Starting shoe size - 6 sometimes 7 Clothes size at target weight - 6 or very small 8 or age 12/13 Shoe size at target - 5 but did need a 4 the other day in Next kids!

    Oh no, I couldn't upset him whilst he's working on my plastics refferal. I'll be fine, think I just panicked last night. Anyhow he said 2.9 wasn't really a huge concern and I trust him.
