Good luck in getting back to your goal weight sweetheart. the fill should help you on your way again but don't beat yourself up about it. You now know you need some restriction even at goal so take it as experience and keep a little in your band at all times. Good luck sweetheart xxx

I can't tolerate any type of bread either. Also if you're not eating enough then the weight loss will stop. This is what happened to me Bubbles. I waited thinking it would work better but it did'nt so I suffered for nothing. Good luck xxx

If ti does'nt settle in the next day or so you must contact your team and ask for a little defill. I know this feeling all too well as my band was too tight for over 4 months and I too felt really dreadful. Good luck xxx
