You do have to work with whichever surgery you have. Some people do slide back into old habbits and it is hard not too.It is possible to eat the wrong foods.You need to have your head in the right place before doing anything like this

I can eat anything now as I am just over 2 1/2 years since my bypass. Of course somethings not much of but I have nothing that causes me any problems

I eat what I did for the family and just liquidised it. So whether it was stew done for hours so just melted in the mouth or chicken also done in the slow cooker to make it melt to sausage and mash. Just liquidise whatever you fancy i did. I know it doesnt look nice but it tasted good
