    Best of luck. Having been through this with Mr. Small, I can assure you that even though he is very thorough, he is an excellent surgeon and friendly enough to speak to. Did not realise he was back? A few weeks ago he was still abroad serving with the Reserves! xx

    Excess Skin

    Found I was ok until I hit a certain weight (about 15 stone from 21) - skin started to show then! Rather see that than the fat though! Found loads of knobbly things all over my body (ribs and things), especially the tops of my arms (shoulder bones). Just not used to displaying bone!! Worst one...

    Trapped wind its a killer

    Bev had real problem with the trapped wind, funny at first though she was in considerable pain! First two - three days were obviously the worst. Would agree with the recommendations of the peppermint & windeze x

    Drinking before & after eating ?

    The half-hour either side of food was the same for me. Obviously if you are filling up with drink, that is taking up the room where the food should be! As long as you are covered nutrition wise and do not start to stretch the stomach pouch, finding a balance works best for me x
