9 Stone gone and 9 to go

Today is my WI day and I have now lost 9 stone, 53lb pre op and 73 post op. To meet my agreed target I have another 9 stone to go but realistically I am looking to lose another 7 stone and it will probably take me another year to do it but I am ready for this. Half way and still going strong:D Bryan

J Mo you will find that you will eat some thing one day and it is fine. Then the next time you eat it is will cause problems and visa versa. I can eat something for weeks and then one day it will make me feel ill. This can be cold sweats, bad pains in the base of the belly and feeling really sick

    scales v clothes

Hi guys You are right clothes are the best option even for us blokes. I set myself small achievable targets. Find something that is a bit tight and give myself a set time to get into it so it fits loosly. My longer term aim is to be able to get my old bike leather jacket on and jip it up without...

Halfway and only 1 year in

I started my whole weight loss journey a year ago with a massive 249lb to lose and a year to the day I have lost half my excess body weight. For those who are struggling I still say it is one of the best things I have ever done. I lost the first 50lb before my op using WW and over 70lb since...

Being busy over the last month has taken my focus away from weight loss but I have just noticed that when I lose another 1.5lb I will be at my half way point.

    Body tone

You sound like you are doing the right sorts of excercise but like the others have said it depends on various factors. I have lost 114lb so far and my skin seems to be adapting quite well. I do keep my skin well moisterised with pure aloevera cream. I hope this helps but if you are really...
