cant believe how long its been since i have been on here!!! shame on me! all is well my end, not heard from anyone else although its taking me ages to read through all the posts! in June this year am am 3 year post op for bypass and i was one year post op for tummy tuck in november 2013...

My posture is bad I walk bent forward and have towel conscious effort to straighten up. I probably did before losing weight but didn't. Notice as much cos of big tummy x

Mine started day after survey and still continues to go through phases of thickening up then falling out. It's not noticeable anymore but x

My tummy tuck was £7000 that included lipo to " flanks" and muscle repair. I've found it soooo bad I'm not sure I would ever do it again. I know people who have breezed it. The surgeon was aggressive with lipo and skin removal she said. 4kg went! So thought it might be that. Could only take...

I'm ok recovery is tough much tougher than bypass. I'm 3 weeks post op and just starting to feel " ok" wound was healed and then I start "spitting" stitches which is so annoying. Some people recover fine from tt but I'm struggling. I know it will get better. I'm liking the results however just...

As above zinc and selenium I also used biotin. Have stopped now, my hair has never been the same to be honest but I think it is very individual. Well worth it to be slim! X

I'm three days post op for tummy tuck, waiting time in Sunderland UK is 12 to. 16 weeks not sure where you are? I got mine private , I'm in a lot of pain but well worth it already xx Good luck and wel done on ya weight loss x
