I am 4 years out know. I have got to the stage where I can eat crap and not dump. I am finding it harder know, I keep saying ( you are what you eat) over and over again. It dosnt. Scared of after the surgery!
I cryed just before the op i thought i will never be able to eat cake again i can if i want, but my eating habits have changed,, the things i didnot like i love now, peppers, chilli, salads. and a bit of cake if i want, I loved cream cakes now i just look at them in the shop i don't want them...- Wendy1
