Not sure if this has been put down yet, but a new discovery for my is my Bum now very comfortably fits with considerable wiggle room, in those white plastic patio chairs!!!

I had a repair at same time as bypass. Didn't know i had hiatus hernia, but looking back I don't know how I didn't know! I've never had acid since having op, even after drinking fruit juice, which used to cripple me!

Yen stone is wonderful! I must admit I don't especially like exercise. I enjoy the feeling when I've been to the gym but I don't like going. Eurgh! What sweet stuff are you going for? X

So, I did it and joined the gym. As I said earlier simply can't go as much as I'd like to while studying for this exam. Its cramming central in our house right now!! I've been to the gym on Thursday, Saturday and Tuesday. Am I expecting too much that this would have shocked my body into starting...
