How can I access them?

I know it's been a while since I've been on, but I wanted to update everyone on my weight loss.... So far I've lost 48 LBS in only 2 1/2 months!!! I've just started going to the gym to start toning things up... So far everything is going great!!! I haven't had any problems with any foods...

IM 3 1/2 out and can't eat all of a sudden. I feel nauseas all the time even though I haven't eaten in hours... I also feel like I have food stuck in my throat and I haven't eaten anything at all... Advice would be very much appreciated thanks:)

Finally cooking for my family today.... My daughter and husband were so excited!!! Even though I am a bit jealous that I can't enjoy my meal that I prepared =( oh well.... Maybe I can purée it.... LOL

I definately think I will go with mashed potatoes to start off with.... Mmmmmm I can't believe I'm already plotting!!! LOL

Mmmm can't wait!!!

I am only on day 4 of my 7 day clear liquid diet... And I'm seriously tempted to start puréed foods... I'm so tired of sweet things and I want something savory.... Besides broth..... Can somebody give me some advice.... Please.... Am I wrong, have u guys had these same feelings??

Ugh I'm so tired of clear liquids!!!! I'm so ready to eat something with substinace!!!! 3 more days to go, then purée here I come!!!

All went well!!! Now I'm just snuggled up in my bed... Drinking tea... And watching movies... All in all three days out I feel good...

I was still in denial as they were rolling me into surgery.... Hell, I still can't believe I'm 3 days post op...

Tomorrow is the big day!!!

I'm on a 1400 cal diet.... But I only had to do it for a week... I'm having my surgery don in Modesto, California... Today is a different story though.... Protein shake for breakfast and liquids the rest of the day :(

I was told not to drink slimfast.... My liquid diet post op is supposed to be all CLEAR liquids...
