    relax ......its when you start proper food again you'll find out your limits on what you can eat ;) I found that no two days are the same one day I can eat a sausage or two and the next not even a bite .....oh and don't shop whilst you're hungry as you'll buy and cook more than you'll eat...

    a warning just be carefull and keep a check on your sugars ....... i had the bypass to get me off the huge amount of insulin and metformin that i was taking pre op............anyways i was taking off all my meds post op (although i was later told that the metformin should've been carried on...

    i put a pair on the other night that i thought were mine............. thought they were a bit tight but i still managed to do the button and flys up ......... they turned out to be the eldest boys 34" waisted jeans :eek: i have'nt been in a size like that since i was 15 ....33 years ago :D:D:D:D
