Only just spotted this - 4 week milk diet is Lutons normal process :) When you go back to see the dietician you should have your triple. Then surgeons appt after that and then the surgeon should give you op date! If waiting times are similar, you're looking around april time for op.
This is what you need to avoid hon - how can one bad choice undo all the good ones? Does it negate your achievement in staying in control over christmas? Hardly. I personally would carry on, accept one little blip as just that - one bad choice. Don't let it force you to make more bad choices...

Mine was a normal sized christmas dinner but no seconds - at almost 4 years I can usually manage a small adult portion (which is the aim). Didn't take a pic tho sadly.
