Could be the skins off the peas. Stick to soft food for a bit longer. Please don't let fear of food absorb your new life. It's hard but you need to start seeing food as your friend now and not your enemy. Good luck
3 yrs post op and I still get strange experiences. Not everyday but at least once a week. Everyday is a learning curfew, even now I can tolerate something one day then struggle with it the next.
Bit as yve said slow down and make sure your not having too much or drinking with your meal.

Iam sure that this time a few year ago I had my guard up to anyone and everyone. As I've dropped the sizes I have drooped my guard. What a mistake.
It was never my weight that was the issue it's the people I associate with.
Fat or thin you still get let down x
At the end of the day like me Iam sure your more than pleased with your new self. A bit saggy lump and bump and loose skin can always be covered with clothes.
People who havnt been affected by a food disorder will never understand. A lot of people think its just black & white.

I can honestly say I wouldn't do anything different. The only thing I wish I had done is took some more pre op pics. As for advice just make sure you are mentally prepared and research a little bit about transfer addiction I hadn't heard of this before the op now I struggle sometimes with it.

Don't worry. You can't overeat this early you will be in agony if you did. Let your body tell you when your full. We are all different some take a couple of spoons some take more. Try not to look at what others intake. Always remember this is your journey no one else's xx
