Well just have had my check up at Heartlands.. 10.5 months post op. I have lost 57.2kgs, or 9st, or 126 lbs. I have lost 98% of my excess weight my BMI is 25.7 I am .7 off being NORMAL... What a roller coast ride it has been !

I love curry and eat any kind even the creamy ones because I can eat so little and it becomes my treat ... only have it about 3 times a month and goes down really well Can't do the naan etc because it would just be too much and only have tablespoon of rice

I love this ... My daughter went for a breast scan and said that they squashed her boobs so thSt the were about 4inches flat.. If I squash mine I get about 1/2 inch ... If that .. And have to be careful when I wear a waist belt that they don't get caught ????
