I met Sally Morgan in April 2012 and i couldnt get over how tiny she is now... i asked her how much weight she had lost and she said 16 stone... i think this was the weight including the extra she would of lost with the lipo and tummy tuck... up close she did look like though she had lost too...

That is my plan... although the weeks i have put the 2lb on i have eaten a lot more and not been good with my food choices. I can eat almost anything now and rarely dump so thats not good... but i do lose hen i do a food diary and stick between 800 and 15 cals a day.. so i will just do that. ive...

i made the mistake of haing 2 biscuits before i went to bed last night... about 11.30.... then at 5am i was woken by hot and cold sweats, and the worst belly ache ever... defo a dump x

Ive only drunk rose wine since ive been able to drink again.... ut if you like drinks with mixers ie with cola etc.. you could always have lots of ice and stir out the bubbles xx i used to drink lager and lime or cider as it was cheap... not had it since op due to the fizz... but can honestly...
