Hi, I did weight management for nearly two years before I got my op. I did find it benefitial but I dont think that your BMI counts from when you start it is the BMI you have from being refered for the funding ( in this area anyway ). Good luck, Lyndsey x

Hiya, If I was you I would contact your team and ask them what you should do and what you can take. I know they said to me it can take time to get things going again but it was only about 3 days for me. I am sure you will be fine but always better to ask the experts. Good luck xxx

I am four weeks post op and am starting the gym on monday. I can't believe I am so excited about this lol ( as well as a little nervous ). I have been given the green light from my team so it's all systems go. I have lost close to 3 stone 3/4 and am so ready for the challenge. Wish me luck ! lol...
