Aawww thank you, I am surprised its happened hahaha I thought I would never be able to do it, I still have almost 6 stone to lose but wouldn't mind a whole lot if I got stuck at this weight now I feel so much better xxx
I always thought the first year would go really slowly but it didn't its gone in the blink of an eye it is mad lol but im so happy

I cant believe its been a whole year already and I cant believe how much my life has changed, I have never regretted my op for a second and am so happy I had it done, its funny though its been a year and ive only just realised what my body cant tolerate lol cereal of all things, even plain...
so far in almost 2 years ive lost 11st 9lb and gone from 27st 7lb to 15st 12lb from size 32 down to 16-18 which feels amazing just wish I could see it in a mirror haha xx
Thank you, we will both hopefully see ourselves abit how others see us soon :-) but its still a strange feeling others can see us so much different to how we see ourselves xx
Im a year post op and all together ive lost 11st 9lb post and pre op, I still feel the same size, I get really down sometimes because I cant see what others tell me they can see, but knowing im so much lighter is helping me feel better about myself even if I cant see it xxx
I was told by my nurses that the pill of any kind would not be advised after bypass because they are not sure how effective it is as post bypass you absorb things differently xx
On the 25th of this month I will be 1 year post op bypass, I can eat everything in portions slightly bigger than a childs so I still eat out etc, I have polycystic ovaries and before my op I didn't have a period for 3 years but in the last 6 months ive had them every 3 weeks or so, so thats...

When I left hospital I had lansoprazole, iron, forcival (multivitamin) and calcium all can be taken straight away as they give you them in soluble for for about 6-10 weeks xx
