Hi everyone... I had a slight set back and broke my foot so I'm slightly behind SW 12.7 Now 11.11. So I'm crossing everything to get to 11st.. But I'm no longer exercising. However I'm 1lb off a normal BMi! Yeeees Hope everyone's doing well xxx

I also went with cosmetic bliss.. Wrapped end of may and lost 4 stone... May have paid "over the odds" but you can't put a price on peace of mind.. I'm extremely happy with my decision.. Good luck with your journey xxx

Thanks Lisa.. But it does show how my weight is mostly emotion and in the head... Shortly after it happened all I could think of (apart from the pain) was I need food, sweet, bad food.. Pasty, carbs!! I haven't craved like this since b4 my op in may.. I will get back on track... 1 weeks since...

It is mega sore!, feeling is coming back into it now, so it's a dull ache... No kids for me thank goodness.. But I have a rather unhappy Rottweiler currently who misses her walkies! Weight is 57lbs gone.. Stalled this week ( not surprised) a slight set back.. I will work double hard when foot...
