just wanted to say that i agree with everything that has already been said darlin. you have done really well so far, i found a big mug of bovril filled me up and tasted meaty and stopped me yearning for the 'forbidden' foods. keep goin darlin - you can do it xx

hi caren, as advised by a fellow sleevie on here i have also packed some breath freshener and mouth wash as apparently you mouth can be very dry and your breath smelly - yuk!! don't forget your moisturiser [very dry atmosphere in hospitals] and, a good book to read xx

unfortunately i am soooh unfit and have arthritis in both knees so zumba is not something i could do but, my daughter in law goes twice a week and really, really loves it. she is trying to lose weight and eating sensibly and she is losing weight and looking quite toned and not flabby. hope this...
