Yes regain is awful and it really gets you down. I find my head a daily struggle I know what I have to do but doing it is difficult. I still eta small portions and get stuffed easily if I have sandwich I have 2 small slices of bread cant really handle 2 big ones they leave me really stuffed. xx

Yes Me too still struggling. I have resorted to trying some antidepressants at moment as I have been feeling a little down of late. Pressures at work but generally not been my best all my bloods are fine so trying the tablets to get me back on track mentally. Nice to hear from ya xx

I have to help my self go to the toilet. Its not the nicest and I only do it when necessary. At times my bowel fills up and instead of coming out at toilet it seems to turn and go back round into itself so there is no end fro it to come out if that makes sense. I have to use my finger to guide...

Goodness me you are really struggling. accept all help offered. I know things don't get done really quickly but you certainly need to get a foot hold you do not want to slip further down the route. Take care and keep shouting for help.
