In my experience any naughty food/alcohol/good food/exercise etc shows up 48 hours after! Don't worry a bit of chocolate boosts the metabolism so it may be gone again tomorrow x

There's an app called body compare where you take photos of your progress its ace! Also def take your measurements because when there's no loss in weight it keeps you motivated when you see inches going instead...! X

Overall my experience with thg has been great. The problem is they are so busy!!!! I checked in at 7 but they'd lost my bloods that I'd had done previously so I ended up going down to theatre at 6ish. I was annoyed at the time because they'd said I was first but in the end it was okay because I had a chilled day watching tv and reading and it didn't interrupt my sleep pattern...

I think if I wear tighter trousers it can sometimes effect eating and food getting stuck or not travelling as freely as it would in baggier clothing :)
