Its been nearly 4 weeks since my bypass. Really struggling with feeling sick.....think I'm not getting enough liquid down because I feel sick all the time. Anyone got any ideas how to stop the sicky feeling?? Thanks in advance

Lol Oh wish I was...every hospital is different. I had to have 4 weeks liquid then its 4 weeks puree but each week you can make it thicker. Didnt think I would miss eating so much lol xxxx Enjoy hunni xx

Ohh paula thats a good idea, the tip tops :) will give them ago. Cant have cheese sauce at the mo, only allowed tea, Coffe, Soup , Oxo and Sugar free squash x

Yeah I did the same diet but for nearly 6 weeks!!!! lol try using lean mince and making a stew with all your veg together in the oven. If you have a potato allowance thin slice it on the top. Also I used to have gammon, save an egg from dinner and use my potato allowance to make the thinnest...
