I had a really good quote from insure & go the other day for my holidays. It didn't increase the quote by much where as some really do inflate their prices as soon as they know about WLS x

I am on soft stage and just had a jacket potato now its painful under left rib and making more noise than usual. Is this normal I'm 5 weeks post op. I've already had to bring food up at lunchtime as it got stuck. I don't know if its my pouch saying I've eaten to much, or even the wrong texture...
I didnt have any salad as i dont like salad any i just had the chicken and the bread but most of that was torn off and still had some left of the half by the time i had finished as i think i was feeling full so threw it. Im still trying to get used to the new way of feeling full

I tried it as was starving and a long wait in bus station after work as all my work had on was all food i cant eat or a sandwich. They had quavers but didn't want any of those. They usually have either a homemade soup or jacket potatoes during the week x

I had galbladder surgery 5 years ago and bypassed 5 weeks ago the incision sites are near on some especially just where bra sits but they don't use previous sites. May be due to scar tissue x

Im on the soft stage and 5 weeks out of surgery ( bypass) today i had half a subway Chicken Teriyaki wrap and even then i tore a lot of the bits that were folded over off. Some ppl are saying i shouldn't be eating a wrap this early but i thought that wraps were allowed at this stage if chewed...
Oh i didnt know i could have fridge raiders just yet. If i can then thats on my list next time i go to the shops n i guess one pack will be like a meal now rather than snack :)

Im on pureed at min n im having mash with gravy or cheese sauce, soup, soft scrambled egg with tomato sauce or yogurt I'm also having NAS Jelly just for something sweet

Im only just over a week out of surgery but ever since I'm always thirsty and have a really dry mouth. I cant seem to get much fluids as needed due to only sipping? Could do with gulping down a big glass of squash but i know how painful that will be as i accidentally had too big a sip of a drink...
