I had a sleeve done the same time hune. I can eat a whole banana. I've over eaten a couple of times. It makes u sick or u feel ill. A mistake I try not to make anymore!

I keep the scales in hubbys car so I can't. I loose regularly but it can fluctuate.in week and if I weigh once a week It's all good news!

How about u r on a special low cal low carb diet which also means small meals ( little n often) hence small plate. Recomended by your doctor. And u cant cheat cos u get weighed regularly which is sort of true!
