thankyou its been a journey and half but ive got there,i still have my ups and downs but my weight now goes between 12 stone and 12 stone 6lb i have excess skin but i call them my battle scars

i always said id have a tattoo my rescue dog if i lost weight i completed it heres the picture on my chest

i hope your all doing ok after surgery,im doing great just hit the 12 stone mark from 29 stone

i had bypass 7th august 2018 its took me 20 month,its all to do with potions and what types of food your eating,i keep my carbs very low all the time i never eat bread,i only have crackerbread and meats and vegetables

It as totally changed my life,ive made alot of new friends,i have a great social life,i can eat most foods but in small sizes,my weight now is 12 stone 5lb and ive never felt happier its the best decision ive made to have the surgery
