wow 8 stone off - well done! Sometimes I still feel like that's impossible, I think with the weight loss happening quickly so far, my head hasn't had time to catch up, so although I know it's possible it seems alot further off than it really is (4 stone 4lb to go) ..... did you ever feel like that?

    8 weeks ago I started pre-op.....

That's been fine, the issue I had was going from liquids to puree - the nausea was horrific so I ended up skipping the puree stage and went onto soft solids at 3 weeks. I do find I'm living off cheese omelettes, chicken and peanut butter atm, as veg makes me feel a bit ill still. I concentrate...

    Left side uncomfortable

I'm fine, I used to have some weird reactions to food prior to the surgery (prob why I tended to stick to doritos and dips lol) and it's just working out now what my body likes, but am not quite 3 weeks out so it's a slow, steady learning curve :-)

    Left side uncomfortable

I had it for the 1st 2 weeks post-op but then it vanished. Sadly I then ended up with chronic nausea lol, but it's starting to go.

    newbie sleeve

I started puree last night, I was advised by my GP not to start mush while I was on liquid codeine as they didn't want me straining due to constipation from the codeine. However, I came off the codeine last Saturday and so started mush last night :-)
