How do you stop loosing weight?

I'm exactly the same my last two dietician appointments have been the dietician telling me to increase my calories. I was also bypassed in October. I'm eating cheese, pate, milk and nuts through the day, but my quantities are still tiny. Full fat milk by the way. I'll be watching this with...

hello from a newbie in Leeds

I'm also in Leeds, as Smaller said the referral process has changed but from what I'm hearing the waiting times are nowhere near as long as some areas. I was bypassed 9 months ago and waited 18 moths to get there but it's nowhere near that now. My surgeon was Mr Sarela so can't help there...

    Exercise and support clothes

I swim twice a week and do yoga once, so nothing really aerobic, however I wear Pineapple yoga pants, they have quite a lot of elastane in them and feel really supportive around my tummy. Not sure if that helps sorry.

    Your're too Thin...

I'm in the same place really, my perception is different from other people's, I still feel like the big girl I was, yet I saw my dietician Wednesday and I need to slow my weight loss down, as with my loose skin I'm where I should be at. I've just had my bloods done and have to go back to the...

How wonderful!! I'm really happy for you, when I think back I put my fat suit on to get away from being hit on by men. We all have deep rooted issues maybe, just as all our personalities are different. Its really great that you're making every second count x

What targets have you set for yourself?

I wonder if we will stop losing weight when we reach those lower numbers, I'm half a stone off 10 stone 3, and just 6 months out, my surgeon never asked me for a target figure, no-one has. I'm with you there I never want to gain, it makes me want to have a fair margin for weight gain. Say half...

What targets have you set for yourself?

I did that throughout, it's just now it's the final one. I just don't know if that excess skin makes a difference to the figures, I mean if I have a stone of excess skin, will me getting down to 9 stone mean I'll be underweight in real terms?
