Feeling a bit disappointed this week as it's the first time since pre-op diet last May I have not lost any weight I know it will slow down lost 8st 9lb altogether I am in the 13s now :-)
I had bypass pain wasn't that bad more uncomftable then pain and back hurt the most I was on a morphine thing you press the button on it had that for 24hrs but didn't use it much only really for the back pain but nurse said that could of been the way I was positioned during surgery and wind...

I was just woundering been having the centrum chewable but now I can swallow tablets had some asda own vitamins and I remember after the opp the hospital telling me to take 2 but on the vitamins it says take one daily do not exceed dosage DOSE ANYONE ESLE TAKE TWO WHEN IT SAYS ONE.
First time since befor pre-op diet been to McDonald's today with my son and could have something to eat not just sit there with a cup ov tea had a grilled chicken salad only had a bit ov it but it was nice first salad in months and brought the rest home and had it later still not all ov it...
I have got to go for first appointment since op September So if I still feel like it I will ask then :-) perhaps I ain't eating that much to make me feel restriction.
I don't know if I eat to much sometime I don't feel uncomftable but I just eat 1 egg scrabbled and some baked beans about 3 quarters ov a little tin left a few but I just don't feel restriction and have to stop when I think I have had enough but I do make sure I eat veg and meat or fish before...
I am a bit confussed been on puree for two weeks and got to start soft food tomorrow then soft and lumpy food next week but what is soft food if it's not puree or got lumps in it is it just really mashed food ?

I started puree this week 4 weeks out and tuna and salad cream light is really nice you can use mayo but I like salad cream also I do smoothies 150g strawberrys 150g no fat natural yogurt and one banana blitz and add 2-3 ice cubes if you want. enough there to have twice and really nice and good...
