    November 2013 Surgeries

    Sadly my story has a much sadder ending. 2 rounds of IVF and both have failed. Hubby and I calling it a day with trying. We obviously weren't meant to be a mummy and daddy. But hey I get to stay a size 6. 2 years have flown by! Well done everyone!

    You can get size 4 in miss selfridge, topshop and sometimes river island :) yes I'm dressing like a Teenager :P #mutton!

    Weird the different advice! Whereas I was told If I could get down to 7 stone that would be good: I am wearing a size 4 skirt from miss selfridge, what sort of stupid advice is that?!? :(

    Hi I'm 17 months out & exactly the same. I find the amount I can eat changes in a pattern with my monthlies! Very odd, but I'm maintaining my target weight so it's all good :) xx

    Sounds odd. What other meds are you on? Calcium and vitamin d are poorly absorbed by bypass patients. I have my bloods done every 3 months to check my levels - I'm also b12 deficient so have injections for that too. X

    It's one I still stuck to religiously; mainly because on the times I've forgotten it hurts!! But also because I want to keep my restriction as much as I can. I don't eat cereal ;) xx

    My advice a lot of people who regain don't stick to the rules. If you keep away from fizzies, eating & drinking together, etc and look after your Tum it all helps. I'm 17 months out now and like you worry about regain and weigh myself 4/5 times a day. But I've come to accept that what I need to...
