Helen I bypassed aswell and stopped at the 17s and my op was 3 months before all yours been stuck at 17 for 11 months so bypass does slow for some sadly same as sleeves and bands
Lots of them people about I just got the opposite in a shop said excuse me to some guy to get past he turned and said well if you wasn't so fat you could get past who is he to judge me same as who gave that woman the right to judge you makes me mad
It is the yolks yes and we have been doing his diet many years so just second nature now compared to the sixteen months of my list bypass one it is trying to find a happy medium to suit us both
Yes I can do eggs though I only try to have them once a week it's the milk proteins I can't have which rules out anything with milk in hubby has cholesterol issues hence eggs once per week as we try to support each others diets
I have been stalled between 17st and 17.3 since Xmas and I was only a year out in April I can relate no matter what I try can't get it moving but I do think mine is lack of proteins as I became dairy intolerant and who wants to eat meat for breakfast not me and I have been eating loads of fruit...
Kirsty the first hurdle is over admitting you have slipped we all do it at times just step back up there and change one bad habit a day and you will get back to where you were?
