    Hi guys again, I have lost 15 Kilos since op and I lost 10 kilos on the milk diet 3 weeks before, op was 28.11.13, I know slow is better, but I am gyming it 4 times a week, definitely losing inches but weigh loss seems really slow compared to everyone else x

    Squiffy Head

    Well after a couple of weeks, slowly getting back to normal, believe it or not just by eating slow release foods, so porridge for breakfast now, I do look like a stroppy child eating it though lol, but squiffy heads a becoming a thing of the past, little and often is what I am finding helps x

    Hi, I have a very similar problem, but found eating porridge for breakfast, then little and often of protein has sorted me out. Although weight loss has slowed a bit, I would rather that than have hypo sideffects, let us know how you get on x
