I did the same yesterday, had a carb binge, the first one since surgery. I felt dreadful last night, painful abdominal cramps, so lesson learned!!

Modify it and take out the high fat element. So just meat and veg etc, no cream, butter, cheese etc and you'll be fine.

Most do! I only did a week pre op, due to it being a last min booking, but still lost about 5 lb I think.
