This is sounding like one of the pitfall's of non-NHS surgery. If you needed a gastroscopy post-op after NHS surgery, I'd imagine they'd just do it.
How much does one cost anyway? Do you have medical insurance cover that will pay for it?
Maybe it's not criticism but a desire for all of us to succeed? We're on here for the same reason - surely we all want to be successful?
One thing's for sure - you need to develop a thicker skin if you're having bariatric surgery. There are critics everywhere.
Whilst the term "you need to wake up" may be considered harsh by some, in reality, it's what Wls is for all of us - a wake up call.
We *all* need to wake up and realise that the overweight conditions of our body are only our own doing. The wake-up call is realising that we need to do something...
