Today's weight - 13st 1lbs Weight loss since last weigh in - 6lbs Weight loss since pre op - 13st 5lbs Weight loss since op - 12st 4lbs BUT it's been a couple of weeks since my last weigh in (when I'd put on weight) and I've moved home so am now weighing in a different place!

The only thing that wasn't good was my glucose levels... for a FASTING blood test they shouldn't be below 3.9. Mine was a NON-FASTING test and was 4.1

I've just had a health assessment through work... and I'm quite pleased with the results. I would recommend these to people. My results Height - 164.3cm (I don't totally agree with this, as I thought I was 5ft 5) Weight - 87kg BMI - 32.23 Waist - 88cm Waist/Height ratio 54 (overweight...
