I was actually bypassed 31st Jan and I'm fine with rice and pasta. However no more than 2 tablespoons only because I focus on protein/veg at every meal and altho I have no issues I only have carbs now and again as a treat :D

Hi hope everyone is doing ok. How are January people's losses going? I'm exactly 3 stone down since my bypass 30th Jan. ( 5st 9 lb since beginning, I can't forget that lol) interesting to see how everyone else is doing?
Hi Sally hopefully they will move next week and show kind numbers. Those scales sound interesting that siana mentioned, was wondering about getting some of them before but mine are quite new and cost a bit of money so I'll make do lol

I prefer to go to my gym at around 8 pm. There is also an hours adult swim 9 till 10 I wanna eventually get to. It's late but quiet x

I done 3 days of gym in a row. Been meaning to do gym and swim afterwards but I'm building upto that lol x
I have never timed it I'm terribly unorganised tho lol. I was told 30 to 60 mins. I usually keep to half hour tho I think. I miss drinking with meals so much :( small price tho
Yes your right. I hope to be in a lot more pictures I have loads with the kids on with other people but I always avoid photos. Always the one taking them lol
Aw good on ya sally. Just think how much better you'll feel this summer maybe some nice new light clothes. It will all pay off and you may get the exercise bug and actually look forward to going lol x
