I'm back again, 9 years later!

So, I'm back!! I was going through the assessment process at Morriston Hospital in Swansea back in 2015, but due to family problems, it was decided at the MDT I wasn't emotionally strong enough, and referred to a Tier 3 programme. Needless to say, I was devastated. I did go to a few...

Devastated after 18 wasted months - please help

I've been going through the assessment process at my local hospital for the past 18 months. At my first appointment I asked for their advice as I have bipolar disorder, albeit type 2,which is the milder version, and I was concerned about it coming between my chances of having the surgery. I was...

Getting there slowly, half way through the assessment process!

Hi hun, sorry for the late reply, my head is in the shed at the moment with all that's going on! Not been able to sleep at all so I've been to the doctor this morning and he's given me some tablets as a last resort but they're also a muscle relaxant so hopefully they'll work on the sciatica...

Thanks Niccie, To be honest I could have lost a lot more as I've not been 100% recently due to the old demons kicking in under stress. I've just had a little break over Christmas and am now hoping to get back on my diet as I would really like to lose about 6 stone on this then go back on...

Hi, I've not been on here for a while as I've had a lot going on at home. I'm currently going through the assessment process for my surgery now and as someone who suffers with both bipolar disorder and depression I will admit to being worried about these affecting my chances of having the...
