    Eggs, beans, protein yoghurts, soups like chicken and such are good for protein. I like the Bounce balls and trekk bars and stuff too, expensive but filling and if you can find them in a sale, even better

    I stalled for 3 weeks too, but then it started again You need to make sure you actually eat, check your protein, 60 grams at least and it will kick the loss off again

    that sounds fine honestly, you've just lost so much weight at this point that it is going to slow down no matter what! It's still coming off, so that's a good sign you're doing okay

    If it's a nice G&T you miss, try stirring the bubbles out? I know it's not quite the same, but ice and a slice and the lack of bubbles won't be such a thing. Though I was told no booze for 6 months too, due to the healing in the sleeve

    sleeve here, was told no fizzy drinks forever because the gas will stretch your stomach and cause you pain and potential damage. Not worth the risk

    My pre-op was about a week before my surgery, but I had my surgical date when I went in for it so was already on the diet and knew it was coming. My pre-op was the wednesday, my surgery the monday. I guess it's different for everyone and everywhere

    It might be too much carbs, not enough protein. SW lets you load up on carbs, and those aren't as good for us. try cutting down the pasta etc and eat more protein goodness maybe? Sticking to the plan but less of their 'eat all you like'

    Problems with forceval

    I find it easier to take the forceval before I eat in the morning.. if I take it with actual food I end up having trouble with retching (combined with all the other morning meds) so I tend to have a protein coffee or a yoghurt in the morning to make it easier with my meds

    I worked the last 2 nights for night shifts.. and for the first time ever working nights I was fighting sleep.. Must be the massive iron drop we get this time of the month. And I am starting my yoga soon! I have a copy of the Diamond Dallas Page yoga and I am itching to try it

    Not really, but I haven't felt the promised tiredness at all, I was told when I came home I would be tired a lot.. but I really haven't been. It takes me a little longer to get up in the mornings, but nothing drastic

    They might have been knocked/damaged, blackening can be a sign of dying teeth. Unless you've been eating a lot of licqorice. Book in to see a dentist and get them to check them out

    should be back to normal once all the blood thinners have worked their way out of your system. I'm usually a 6-7 dayer myself, so I am wondering just how long mine's gonna be :D
