    I just started back riding, was at 18st 5lb and now 14.10 lovely to see the stables weight limit at 15stone and safely ring them to book, lovely 15.2 cob wonderful hack in the woods, worth every hunger pang :)

    Definitely look for a specialist solicitor, there are legal websites like chambers legal 500 who allow you to search for solicitors by specialism and they are reviewed by their peers, much better standard than the ones who advertise on TV ...

    Thank you, we have a good running/sports shoe shop local to us so I will pop in, using inov8 mud claw boot type because they support my damaged ankle well and also have a good plantar support, will deffo check the running shop though One hour walk with random running bursts estimate 10 mins running

    Back from a 4 day camping trip, many miles of walking Today: 7k bike ride 2 on 5 3 on 4 2 on 3 Hour dog walk with some bursts of running :)

    You're right it is so sad that this is the message she is giving out, people who try to make themselves look good by putting others down usually end up looking like idiots, but education about food and eating habits is so important if we are going to stop our kids having the problems we have...

    10k bike ride wooo hooo 3k on level 4 2k on level 5 2k on level 3 final 3 shared between 3 and 4 ... Did about 30 seconds on level 14 just to see...OUCH!!!!

    Ahh thanks for the tips, part of the problem is I tore all the ligaments in my ankle slamming it down a pot hole in April... I run in short bursts (maybe a minute at a time?) and can walk for miles, I will look up the website...I'm setting myself a goal to run a 5k in 2016!! Even if it takes all...

    Fantastic! I so want to build up my running it seems an impossible dream to run a whole mile without stopping you are really inspirational! Today for me: 7K bike ride (5 at level 4 when I could only do 1 on level 3 at most to begin with) plus hour dog walk hoping for another chance on the bike...

    Thanks I was pleased but we were camping and every day was go go go I was rigid with diet because I knew being busy it was a good opportunity to get a good loss, Chinese meal (prawns and broccoli) when I got home was the only treat I had all week and so pleased it paid off

    Hiya back from holiday forgot fitbit and walked miles gutted not to have a record of steps but 3lb off so I'm happy ..today hour and half dog walk and will be at least 5k on bike this evening ... Have started using slendertone belt and arms to help tone as I go
