    Hello and welcome to the forums. Stairs will be fine but you may struggle with the mattress. Just very slow movements. Keep an eye on stitches etc but you should be okay it just may be a little painful. Good luck with the surgery and I hope you're finding the pre op diet okay.

    Charge 2 is good but not a fan of the scales if I’m honest. Charge 2 is good if you’re working out etc resting heart rate, sleep etc x

    I done the same length of time for milk diet. It’s a pain but so worth it . You’ll deffo hate milk post op though haha x

    Oh no i didn't manage 90g until nearly a year post op. 60g is perfect! I found setting a schedule helps with the water, plenty of NAS squash. Take care xx

    Im not sure i will weigh my food as I still get restricted. You're able to eat a small meal whether sleeve or bypass it's just being mindful really :) how are you doing xx

    I have 90g + protein and around 1200 kcal a day. Its a lottttt of food though. Im 2 years out.

    Have you had this checked regarding sickness? Do you wake up in the middle of the night gagging or being sick? I had this at 3 weeks post up and it ended up being severe reflux to the point I couldn't eat/drink and became severely dehydrated. Make sure you get it checked if you haven't already...
