@SAM55 - you are right. I need to cut out the carbs even though they are small I need to remember that one slice of toast is all my wee stomach can tolerate so no room left for protein. It's a boiled egg for me from now on ...

Starting to worry after all your comments earlier. I can eat any type of food even bread and pasta, just small quantities. I don't like takeaway as the greasiness is yuck but there's no food per se that is off limits.
Might explain why I've stalled again ....
@erscrack - I get dizzy when I have not had enough water or food. It's rare though and normally I know what's caused it. Our dates and weight loss are similar so maybe you should see your doctor to make sure your iron levels are ok?

Is anyone else at the hair thinning stage? It's getting very noticeable on me now. I leave hairs everywhere and am def thinner on top of my head.
I too was 53, and had planned the RNY but ended up with the sleeve. Initially shocked and disappointed I am now delighted. I recommend it and I have to lose so much weight but have lost three stones already.

@Hannah2 is spot on. Your body plays tricks so just play tricks back. I only use a small side plate now and a small bowl and eat with a small spoon, when at home. It really makes a massive difference.
Drinking loads of water with nas squash is another trick.
