Mine is scheduled for August 4th. My two week liquid diet starts this week and i am nervous as hell. Keep watching / reaching the same posts/websites and YouTube videos over and over again , and not sure if it's helping or making my anxiety worse .

Right now I am thinking that even if I do lose any weight I am fine with wearing the bigger clothes as my motivation !! Even though in my growing bigger phase I probably have enough to keep me going to the way back down!!

To be honest I don't like sweets or sweet stuff but I do need to have a couple of diet cokes a day to keep me going. Don't know how I am goi h to live without those after surgery , that's gonna be difficult ( the most difficult thing I think along with not being able to drink with my meal ) but...

Hi I am planning on going to Brussels for August 4th for surgery with dr dillemans . I live in Denmark and am currently looking into either uk or Brussels but am Afraid of the horrer stories involved in uk hospitals unless anyone can advise me otherwise??
