Wasn't that a long time ago though? I am surprised though, it seemed as though business was booming when I had my op-there were 9 other patients on my ward that had the same op as me under Ammori that day. I'm a little disappointed as I chose him as my consultant, I didn't choose the Alexandra...

Was supposed to have my first follow up appointment and band fill tomorrow but been told today tht my consultant has left the hospital so they have to source a new consultant and get back to me. It's going to be another 2 weeks at least before I see anyone. Haven't lost any weight for 2.5 weeks...

Ive just been told today that Ammori has ceased working with the Alexandra hospital. New consultant for me!

Ive hidden my scales in a mad frenzied tidy up session...that was Friday evening...I think I'll have to find them tomorrow!! Well done for the loss @Rose2016 , especially at totm!

Yes my bad habit is the scales..! I promised myself on Monday morning that I would only weigh in on a Monday morning. Broke that promise everyday since and have weighed at least once each day! Ive stalled for about 2 weeks so just tormenting myself really!
